This Pasadena, CA, church with a 1,000-member congregation desperately needed a new Administration/Classroom building to address the church’s ever-increasing youth ministry.
ADC designed a three-story 25,000 square-foot multipurpose room with a kitchen that opens out to the courtyard. By placing the building across from the existing chapel, ADC was able to create a courtyard for outdoor activities, including dining, fellowship, and daycare. The final campus infrastructure upgrade included replacing an outdated electrical service from 1930 with a new underground service to meet the demand for electrical power. Additionally, ADC’s design included building a library. administrative offices and 25 classrooms.
