ADC’s infrastructure upgrades at East Los Angeles College in Monterey Park, CA, modernized the campus in many essential ways – improving the campus’s water, sewer, natural gas, and storm drainage systems.  Sited on the campus perimeter, adjacent to the athletic stadium, ADC’s functional design of the 5,000-square foot Central Plant houses all of the infrastructure’s operational support, including an ice tank farm, for the 30-acre campus to full efficiency. After a thorough site review, engineering, and design plan, the final design and construction included built-in block masonry and natural color, its simple aesthetic design flows with new buildings, additions, and remodels.
